Hi,
I'm running Win98 SE connected to a MAC running OS 8.6. I just installed Thursby's TssTalk 2.0 software. It works fine and easily connects to the MAC. I'm having a problem when I boot the Win 98 computer. I first get the usual request for my Windows password. Then, I get a request for the Apple Talk Network password. If I use my Windows or my MAC computer password I receive an error message that the password is invalid. I went into Control Panel/Passwords. Under Windows password I checked the option that allows the Apple Talk Password to be the same as the Windows password. I also tried to change the Apple Talk Password in the "change other passwords" section. In either case I still get the same error when I boot into Windows.
How can I establish an accepted password for Apple Talk Network?
Thanks,
Michael
