A browser security checkup that requires having cookies enabled?

Not quite. Cookies can be a security risk, and if it won't let you start without cookies......hmm.

I find it interesting that the cookie that is set is a UID, possibly a GUID (Unique ID/Globally Unique ID)

It found the referrer, the browser ID, resolution, that java is enabled and my IP address, and of course that I had cookies enabled. This info is more or less standard info any/every website gathers. With javascript disabled, it finds absolutely nothing.
