hi
I HAVE A PC 133MHZ 32MB RAM, MOTHER BOARD MADE IN CHINA, WHEN I TRIED TO FIX THE CD ROM PROBLEM BY CHECKING THE CABLES, I CHANGED THE JUMPER PLACE LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO REAL TIME COMPONENT (DALLAS).BY CHANGING THE SORT PIN FROM 1-2 TO 2-3 , TO CLEAR THE PASSWORD OF SETUP BIOS,
WHEN I TRIED TO TURN ON THE COMPUTER AGAIN I FOUND THE MONITOR PILOT LIGHT BECOME GREEN FOR FEW SECONDS AND GOING TO RED AGAIN , WITHOUT ANY DATA ON THE MONITOR.
I REMOVED THE PCI VGA CARD AND INSERT IT AGAIN BUT THIS IS NOT WORKING.
I INSERT THE SAME VGA CARD ON ANOTHER PC THE VGA CARD WORKING PROPERLY.
NEED YOUR HELP AND ADVICE.

Welcome jaghoub.
Does the fan spin on the power supply?Try pushing the video card down harder and make sure it is in properly in when you connect monitor to it.
Sometimes when you put the monitor connector in the video card the card will come loose. If doesnt work, take the ram out and put it in a different slot, make sure its in tightly.Post back and tell us if this did any thing.

Are your jumpers still set to clear? You need to put them back to normal again or you will not be able to boot.
