Open Outlook Express\inbox then click on the unwanted (one at a time) mail, go to messages (top of page) click on block send, it will ask you if your sure click ok (twice), then go to Tools\Message Rules and click on Block sender list.
Once there you will see all that you have blocked, make sure all check boxes are checked (mail, news) and to the right of that you will see the blocked mail address "this123@that.whatever", then click on one address then click modify and change it from this "this123@that.whatever" to "@that.whatever and it will bin it as it comes in.

I don't use Outlook, but I use MailWasher to screen my email. I can delete SPAM off of the server before I even download it and I can also bounce it. Bouncing means that a message is sent back to the SPAMmer that makes it look like your email account doesn't exist. If the SPAM came from the actual address indicated, they will usually remove your name from their lists (sort of like the Telezapper). I got a couple of porn SPAMs about a year ago and haven't had any since I started bouncing them, so I think it worked. Check this thread about the latest on MailWasher:

You have gotten onto a spam mail list and although "bouncing" may help if you are getting 20 a day it may take a long time for them to stop being sent to you - if ever.

btw - never click on any link that "indicates" you can unsubscribe from the listing. This just marks your addy as real and active and only encourages more.

MailWasher may simplify your life but my guess is you are gonna need a new email address to have any comfort. Just be extra careful in the future to never give out your personal eMail addy to anything but your personal friends and contacts; have something like a hotmail addy for everything else.
