cmos checksum error

My system displays the message "CMOS CHECKSUM ERROR -- DEFAULTS LOADED" while booting.

I have checkup all the bios parameters and found ok. Replaced the systen Battery. still of no use.
I will highly appreciate to all those who take some interest in responding to my problem. Thanks in advance.

Double-check the "cmos-clear" or Bios jumpers....

Pull any and all cards out except the video and see what happens...
disconnect and or double check the floppy cables too....
