Linksys Wireless-G router 54G will not install properly

I am having problems installing my wireless-G router from linksys. My PC doesn't recognize the router. Also I can find NO tech-support number to call them. If any can find a tech support number or help me installing this I could use the help. thanx

I have a Instant Broadband series, Ethernet wireless Access Point+Cable/DSL Router with a 4 Port switch from Lynksys.

Thanks I'm on hold right now with another number I got and I (while on hold) have just finished cleaning my hard drive and re-installing winXP just in time for the person to fix the problem. THE HOLD MUSIC IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
