When i try and access my uni course website which is a .asp page:

http://www.unisanet.unisa.edu.au/subjectinfo/subject.asp?SUBJECT=07062
and http://www.unisanet.unisa.edu.au/unisanet/

it comes up with a The page cannot be displayed error, even though I have unchecked show friendly http error messages in IE options. This site works on other computers but I'm wondering if its something to do with my firewall. I'm using zone alarm pro but I don't know how it could be affecting IE. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

I am using ZA & have no problem accessing these pages on 56k dialup (which is not a brilliant connection anyway.)

are you,

having problems with it at all times ?

having problems with other pages ?

have you accessed it previously (without probs.) ?

Daniel-Man: This is probably the same problem as in your "Cookie Problem" post, where you describe being unable to access the ASP mail login at the same domain. I'm guessing somehow the domain is blocked on your machine (Zone Alarm).

Try this address and tell us what happens:

http://www.unisa.edu.au/

That page is accessible with cookies and javascript disabled, so if you cannot get it then it is probably because of Zone Alarm blocking. Disable Zome Alarm and try again.

yes I was previously able to access http://www.unisa.edu.au/ . I am now able to access http://www.unisanet.unisa.edu.au/su...p?SUBJECT=07062 today so I guess it must've been a problem on their servers or something!! :o\
