Looking for AMD overclocking resources

I recently got a very good deal on a used Athlon XP 2100+ system, and I'd like to squeeze as much out of it as I can. What I'd like is a basic introduction to overclocking Athlon CPUs, or if possible, some kind of step-by-step guide. The only guides I've found during searches seem to be for advanced users, and constantly refer to obscure technical terms and issues I am not familiar with. So if anyone knows a good starting point, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
