2 netware servers

we have 2 netware servers in our networl one is netware 5.1 which we instaled very first at last year .. recently we added second one netware server 6 to our network . we are getting the problems are some times my second server clients are unable to communicate with netware 6 server if they resetted the client systenm they are able to get back the sever . one more thjing they are accesing the server only by using novell client 32 application login
with out that no body in my network is unable to connect to the secondary server .... plz help me in this issue
