Is it possible to have 2 instances of outlook on 1 o/s ?

I have 2 scenarios to consider...,

1/ I have accounts with several ISP's. one of which I wish to check daily, the others I wish to check weekly.

2/ on my work pc I want to give an e-mail account to an employee, seperate from my own account (so they do not have access to my e-mails.)

Hello Vic,
You can do this a couple ways.
First, you can set up different user accounts on the computer, configure the outlook accounts accordingly, (Vic1 is daily, Vic2 is weekly, employee is seperate), you can then protect you user accounts with a password.
Second, you can set up all your accounts in one outlook account and uncheck the box on all that says "Include this account when checking mail." Then under account properties, uncheck the box that says "Remember password" and give employee a different password for their account. You will want to turn off the "automaticly check for mail" feature as every time it checks, you will be prompted for your password.
You will have to manualy check each account when you want to with this setup.

Good luck;)
