Suddenly Reboots

Somthing is wierd on my PC it is suddenly Rebooting..I just built my PC no problems for a month until yesterday I was burning a CD on the Fly and suddenly it rebooted I started burning it again and rebooted again.. I turend it back on and left it on for a couple of hours played MAX Payne. sent files over IRC a set down to see a movie and AGAIN it rebooted.. now all the morning it has been with out rebooting but I'm conserned about this what can it be.. cause this happend to me 2 month ago on my uncles computer he asked me to instal a Burner in his computer I did and now.. ever once in a while it reboots.. this problem is following me or what!!

by the way just in case you think it could be a OS problem.. cause when it reboots I see for just a Fraction but a fraction of a fraction of a seconds some light blue screen but not the DEATH ONE . with some letters I'm using XP RC2 build 2526... AND IT TAKES FOR EVER TO BOOOOOOOOTT

well just in case all put my Hardware specs to:

MOBO Asus A7A266
AMB ATHLON 1.2GHZ 266FSB
256 DDR RAM
ATI RADEON VE 32 DDR
COMPAQ CD-ROM <-- OLD computers
TEAC CD-W8E <- its something like that its 8x8x32x
realtek fast ethernet card 10/100mbps
Hercules Muse XL <-- lame but didn't have more money left
ATX <-- 250 Watts I KNOW I KNOW I couldn't find 300W+ cases I don't
live in the US not to many computer use that Power here

By the way does the HS that comes with the CPU SUXXX that much.. cause I'm getting temps of 60-65 it was 65-70 at the begining but now i fan a MEGA TUBINE (FAN) directly at it..

Are you or have you been running a beta copy of WinXP? What I come up with as an answer to that criptic screen are references to XP. Also can you find what the wattage of the 12V leg of your PSU is? Not all power supplies are equal, if you have a weak leg it may be the problem.
