I am looking to get a better case then what I have now. I am looking at a buget of around $100. I'm not looking for anything with a side window or lots of color to it. (my CD drives are white) Needs to be an ATX with 3 external of the bigger bays and a place for my floppy drive.
I want a mid size tower or something a little bit bigger but not a full size tower. Is it better to get a style that has a door to cover your CD bays?
Still it needs to be light in color (to match monitor / keyboard). I don't over clock, but want something that not going to cause a heat problem.
I have an AMD system.
Thanks to anyone who can help me out on this.

Woah! Middle of the road case is around $40-60, so you should have no problem getting a case that fits your $100 budget - including shipping! :D
Just pulling some stuff off Newegg, I prefer Antec (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=7&manufactory=1516&DEPA=1&sortby=14&order=1) and Cheiftec (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=7&manufactory=1502&DEPA=1&sortby=14&order=1) cases in that price range. Cheiftec cases are usually just OEM-version Antec cases, often without a power supply, so you can get the same case for cheaper. Handy when you already have a good power supply. Heck, you can just look at the whole darn list (http://www.newegg.com/app/manufactory.asp?catalog=7&DEPA=1)!
Typical features in cases of this price range include a side window, a side case fan, plenty of room (from mid to full towers), good quality construction, excellent ventilation options, front USB 2.0 ports and/or firewire port(s), cool colors, drive bay door, and if they include one, a power supply in the 300-450W range.
If you really want to see what a high-end case looks like, check out the Cooler Master (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=7&manufactory=1333&DEPA=1&sortby=14&order=1) cases over $140 (6th or 7th one down)! These things are super cases!
