Widows Protection Error on ME

Hi;
AMD-950 Athlon ; Win - ME ; Infineon Mem : 640 MB ; Radeon VE 32 MB ; Maxtor : 30 GB .
Off & On I am getting Win Protection Error ::::What could be the problem & how to fix it ????

Its not a fresh install.I had Win Me since I assembled the computer 10 months ago.But this is the first time I got the error.I am going to check the link.Thanks
