CPU? Video? Harddisk? Monitor?

cpu ? motherboard ? video card ? Harddisk?

This is the problem, when I boot the cp the hd spins up,the power light comes on, the keyboard flashes, but the screen is black. this is what I know, the monitor is ok, the memory is ok, the power supply is ok,I have tested the board with another cpu (same problem) I have tested the cpu in another board (it doesn`t work)and the video card is intergrated, so now I am confused.
Can somebody help? thanks

I had just about the exact same problem and it turned out to be the power switch. I had to get a new case.
You can use another system to see just plug the power button cable from the good case to the motherboard in the system that doesn't work.
