blocked e-mail address's

I have hundreds of blocked e-mail address's. I recently changed my e-mail address to another and now would like to delete all the addy's that I have blocked on my old e-mail address. The only way I can see to do this is by going into the blocked senders list and remove them one by one. Is there a faster way then this? I'm using Outlook Express.

You could use the information here (http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/1230/) to both backup and then delete mail rules in Outlook Express.

That didnt' seem to work. Guess I'll have to do them one by one. Thanks for the response GH. And then again maybe I did something wrong.
