Ok i want to try and make THIS (http://www.lares.dti.ne.jp/%7Eyugo/storage/monocrafts_ver3/03/index.html) a screen saver. Is there any way i could do that? I have no idea how to create a screen saver ... better yet programming and the like.
Thanks

Well other than the fact that it would very quickly drive me batty, I imagine that it is already available as a screen saver. If it is not, there are a number of programs that will let you create your own screen savers, but I am not sure about doing one that is an animated piece like that. The ones I have seen have been to make slide shows.
I would do a Google to see if you can find that one already in screen saver form. If you can't maybe someone else can help you turn it into one. You might want to contact the original author since they may want to keep control of changes anyway...

Oh yeah...definitely drive one batty!
The idea of a screen saver is to produce random patterns so that the same image is not continually being drawn in the same spot resulting in a screen "burn".
There's not much happenning (i.e., most of the image is fixed) which is what you're trying to avoid with a saver.
Newer CRT screens a much better at avoiding burned images, but they still will succumb if over exposed...

I managed to find it as a screen saver and I kinda got sick of looking at it but are there any GOOD free screen saver making programs. The ones I found required some kind of tag. Almost like HTML. I have an idea for making a new Matrix screen saver if you saw the one in the Matrix thread in after hours.

Don't know what you require in 'GOOD'...
Found these here somewhere so I'm not trying to take credit for them. I just saved them to a file and would the real,,, Screensaver Maker link provider,,, member from this site,,, pleeeze,,, stand up! So we can thank you :)
Screensaver Maker (http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,5094,00.asp) and...
Another One (http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,5229,00.asp)
I've had a few others at times, lost one but still have the VuePrint Pro one, don't use any anymore though, keep the brightness down and since monitors are more burnproof nowadays, I don't worry about it much.
Besides, how would you make a screensaver out of something that needs an internet connection and a program to run such as the one in your link? It would never work when offline. And if you're always online, you would be tieing up bandwidth from their server which could be a no-no too esp if too many did the same. Other probs come to mind also like when the site changes location or such similar things.

Anysaver is a simplistic 16-bit .scr program which would make the acquiring of the Flash file the hardest part of the process of setting up your screensaver.
get it here (http://www.dgolds.com/anysaver.htm). It seems to be obscenely free.

Killer that was pretty kewl, I clicked on his other link:
yugo link (http://surface.yugop.com/) and you see all those dots, each one of those dots is another short program and some of them are pretty neat. There are two environments, anyway, just thought I'd let you know that there is wonders to see at this site!

Danger, danger, danger.....
I just went to that site and clicked on one of the links which proceeded to freeze my system so that I had to shut down power and cold reboot. It would not close with Ctrl-Alt-Delete and froze the whole system. Use care if you visit the site. The one that froze things up produced a humming noise as well.
