Can I set one (switch cisco 4006 ) switch port to bellong on two VLAN's?

No, a port can only belong to one VLAN.
You can use vlan trunking or multilayer switching ( which I think the 4006 can do) to forward data between VLANs if that's what your try to do.
However, there may be some advance setting I don't know about, so don't take my answer as the last one on the subject. :)

I saw (in cisco works) that there is an option to setup secondary VLAN, but I wasn't shure what is it. When I try to put VLAN number I receive message that "VLAN 4 is not a secondary VLAN"

Ahhh...community VLANs is a setting supported only by some of Cisco switches.
