convert audio player into video player

I have a philips make Auido CD player. Can anyone tell "How do I upgrade it view videos on PC and as well as TV"?
What sort of cards/ Chips do I need?:confused:

I suspect that what you want to do isn't possible. When you say an audio CD player, are you talking about a stereo system component?? If you are talking about a CD player in a computer, you won't have to convert anything, you can play a VCD now. If you are talking about a stereo component, you probably need to buy a DVD player....

And, you would need a Video card with a TV-out to be able to see things on your TV.
