Good afternoon all.
Just a quik question. I just reinaged a clients PC and reinstalled the drivers for his NIC so that when he gets it back he can patch back into highspeed internet.
To test the card I networked the PC with my laptop and it worked fine, Internet conection and file and print sharing, However when i powered down both PCs and then tunred them on in the morining Neither on can see each other. No link lights on the cards... nothing. The cards are both present and operational according to windows.
Doesnt matter too much for me but I set up similar workgroup all the time for clients and just want to make sure that this is not common.
