DCON dialer?

anybody know what this is? Spybot found it, but with no description and could not find file on my computer.

Can you post the Spybot log...go to the view logs and find the Found items log for this scan...they are by date and time.

Actually I got rid of the log but what it said was..
DCOn located in program download files. I looked nothing there. When I right clicked in Spybot there was no definition. Very strange.
Dcon is located in Spybots excludes under dialers
