I have been having big problems wit this lap top. Anyway was just at the point of finding out the cause in fact think I did there was no configuration in Programmable Interrupt Controller when I got it to put it in the computer that is iot than said I have to do something to the hardware or motherboard or something. Anyway it restarted after I got out of safemode and I was starting the finishing of the installation of windows when it froze I shut it off now all I can do is getinto a drive with the startup disk. i THINK Its what ever I am supposed to do after putting the Basic configuration into the Programmable Interrupt Controller.
So could anyone tell me how to do this please?
