Could some1 verify this for me?

Hey i was arguing with a dude about ram speed and processsor speed and how it will be better if the two were of the same speed. Like a 2500+ with 333fsb would run better with pc2700 ram than pc3200 ram.
So could some1 verify if this was true or do i have to eat my words...:D

The 'Front Side Bus' has limitations with the mobo AND the processor. Therefore the RAM does tooo
