I work like helpdesk expert and when I receive task there is an info from customer who reported a problem and his email adress. How can I find out IP adress of that customer based on his email adress.
Ip adress is needed for basic check for network presence.

You need for the customer to send you an email, since his email address has nothing to do with his computer's IP. (Email addresses point to the email servers IP.)

This site can help you trace that email back to the customer's IP.If his IP is not static then this trick proably will be of no use to you.
