I have mb probe in my tool kit, it seems that it has set itself up from the sensors on my system. however in the past I ran it whilst I was trying to find where all my cpu usage was going (still dont Know) & the buzzer went off & it was showing 42*. didnt use it for a while after, but did yesterday whilst cpu was at 100% & mb warning went off & was showing 51.7*

currently mb is 35. CPU is 30. & aux 1 is 20.

is anybody using mb probe ?

what temps should I be looking for?

amd duron 750
K7VZA mb.

Assuming that you are talking about Centigrade, those are quite respectable temps. If you are talking about Fahrenheit, they are amazing!!:D The 51C is a touch high, but not enough to worry about. Run it at that temp for a couple of years and it might reduce the life of your CPU a bit. Basically anything under 50C is going to be ok. There are several recent threads about temps, you might want to check them out if you want more detail...

thanks budfred

there is user adjustment for warnings within the prog, it is defaulted at 40* I will have a look at the other posts then set it a bit higher.(50)

I dont run it much but its nice to check now and again (providing u know what your looking for)

Set the cpu warning to 55c ( Safe at that temp)
Then set the others to 5/10c above normal running temps.
