Hi there Graham
First Favourites:
Go to START button and right click and choose EXPLORE.
This will open up exloporer page with list of contents of HDD on left hand side.
Scroll down untill you see see the folder FAVOURITES and right click it and celect COPY.
Now go to your floppy and open it and after right clicking select PASTE.
WALLA! Favourites copied to floppy. (You do not need to remane or anything like that)
Second Address Book:
Open Outlook Express and go to FILE and click on it, scroll down to EXPORT and rest mouse over it and a sub-menu will open.
Select ADDRESS BOOK, and this will open a save box up.
Give name to the file (I usaually just mark date) and point it to the floppy.
WALLA! Address Book saved (with file extention of WAB)
To re-insert both just drag Favourites to the root and drop in confirm overwrite and that is that. To import WAB do the same but selct Import and from floppy.
Budfred beat me yet again:( :D
