Rats! I did have 100sdram after all, so that wasn't the problem. Anybody got any other suggestions??? Another symtom of my probs is some of the icons on the desktop are fuzzy/noisy. Things go fine until I push the system ie play a game or try to install stuff. Othersise the machine goes like s**t through a goose. Would a clean install do any good? Praying to the god of motherboards?
