"View New Posts" display

In the last few days, the first page of the View New list hasn't all been on screen..the right side has been off my screen, and I have to scroll over to see it. Then the second page is fine..all of it on screen. Today, it's reversed..the first page was all on screen, second page not. Is it just me experiencing this?

I can't say if it is just you, but I am not experiencing that on this computer or at home. It sounds like your browser may be on the fritz...

One of the usernames has stretched the column wider to accommodate it's length. This has widened the whole block and causes the need to scroll sideways. This has happened before with thread titles but has been fixed by ixl. Looks like he has another forum hack that needs doing... :rolleyes:

If you are using a scroll wheel mouse and you have it so the fonts are easy to see, this happens. Try holding the Ctrl button down then roll the wheel down or towards yourself. It should make the lettering bigger. At least in IE it does.

You were suggesting it was a browser problem. It is not.

I was just explaining to you how to simulate it. It is entirely reversible immediately. Try it. I want to know if it works in Netscape or whatever browser you are currently using also.

I forgot to mention it happens with the low resolution (640x480) on your monitor coupled with the scroll wheel trick for us older folk who refuse to wear our glasses :eek:

In Netscape it does a good job of scrolling the window up and down, but no magnification....
