TO INSTALL SECOND OPERATING SYSTEM

My friend have windows98 o/s,he want to install lynix in his sestem,his system have P-3. 128 mb Ram. 20 gb harddisk How can I install second o/s on that system

Your friend could get hold of a Linux distribution that comes with HD-partitioning software and instructions for setting up a dual-boot system. My copy of Mandrake Linux worked great, once I'd sorted out the RTFM errors!
