it's promotional you can get free stickers and other things too. But you have to register with AMD to get these nothing is 100% free Thats why they ask for your AMD user password and e-mail.READ the Privacy policy. You will have to pay the shipping on any free products. AMD has also lowered there processor prices as did Intel so promotion of there products is going to get heavey to see who can peee the farthest.
