where can I download internet explorer 5.5 I am useing windows 95B

I am not entirely sure what that means, but another site for many versions of IE including installers so that you do not need to be online to install is:

University of Victoria (http://helpdesk.uvic.ca/how-to/support/win95/msiexpl.html)

Those are pretty big downloads, though, if you are on dial up, so either you can ask someone with cable to get it (like my son downloaded for me, and saved to CD), or you can look through some of your program CDs and see if you have a copy of IE 5.5 already. We have it on a Nero CD, and think a Norton CD.

Actually, the reason I checked your link is because my son said that the University of Victoria went "down" the day he was downloading IE versions for me..5 with sp2, 5.5 with sp2, and 6 with sp1..and he said that he went to a University of El Paso website to get IE 5.5. So, I was checking your link to maybe add to Favorites as an alternative...not checking on you! :)
