Getting the following in the Bootlog.txt file during bootup "LoadFail = dl16.dll Failure code is 0002". Is this a problem ? No obvious problems after bootup.

Well, you could do a registry search for that dll.

Start Regedit, then Edit => Find and type the name in the box. It may give you an idea of what is/was needing to load that dll. You can also do the same for your config files, this time use the Find/Search on the Start Menu and choose the option to search documents containing that text.
