I have a PC giving me a problem.

It crashed on me and now I can get it to boot but it goes right to my Bios screen.
It is a pentium III and runs at 133MHZ(the Bios setting) but the post up screen says its running at 75 MHZ.
When in the Bios screen I am unable to make any changes. It will not respond to any keystrokes and just sits there. This is as far as it ever boots to.

Any ideas ?

Remove the CMOS battery for at least 30 min., clean off the battery contacts with an eraser, and replace the battery.
If no luck, replace the battery.
If still no luck, then there may be a problem with either the BIOS chip or the MB.
