Hi all
I am wanting to make a couple of 10-15 VCR video tapes up, making the files on computer then transfering to tape on my VCR.

So I am looking for instructions on what format to save the files in on my computer, and also which would be the best (free if possible) program to use. Have searched net but cannot seem to find the correct words to enter for search.

Graphics card is 32MB ATI Radeon VIVO (Video in Video out) and plenty of free space on HDD.

Video format (TV etc) in the UK is PAL if it makes any difference.

Goto Divx (http://www.divx.com) and browse the site-you'll find ton's of info on converting/transferring/creating video content-tho i must say it'll probably be mostly how to move video from VHS to VCD or DVD.

Should be as simple as hooking your VCR to the video out of your card, playing the video in full screen mode and pressing record. Much the same as transferring from VCR to PC just in reverse.

The file format doesn't much matter (except in regards to quality).

Here (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=mpeg+video+%22to+Vhs%22&btnG=Google+Search) is a google search with a few results for this process. (mostly advice on other forums).
