Utility to convert MDF files?

Hi. I've done PCguide searches and also Google searches. Is there a program or utility that will convert mdf files to iso files or even ccd files? I want to use an mdf file without having to go to Alcohol 120%.

A thread (http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=67181) that claims that Daemon Tools (http://www.softnews.ro/public/cat/3/7/3-7-6.shtml) can do this using virtual drives.
