Never ending Cd Spin

Haylo..
I backed up a game to a CD using EZ CD Creator Copier. It installs fine (by clicking the Setup file, not by autorun) on my computer and some newer computers running Windows ME. The game is Unreal Tournament. I tried installing it on my Windows95 system but once I put the Cd in, it will not stop spinning (on and off). When I open "My Computer" and try to open it, it ends up freezing (but I can still use Ctrl+Alt+Del). Does anybody have any idea what is wrong? Did I copy the CD wrong? Is the game non-compatible with Windows95? Is it the CD-Rom that is the trouble?

Yo Do,
Many older CD Roms won't read/work with burnt CDs. How old is that old one? Just a thought.
peace, and post back maybe one of the brighter bulbs in this "box" will chime in.
