How can I copy laptop hard drives?

I've got a shipment of Dell laptops in that have to be setup and configured w/ our company software. (Win '98, Office, ect) I am using Ghost and once I get a laptop completely setup for our needs,I will need to find a way that I can hook up 2 laptop hard drives at the same time (like I do with desktops; I just open up the casing and put the 2nd hard drive w the Ghost image on the secondary IDE and run Ghost) Is there a cable or some device I can buy that will let me do the same for the laptops?

Many companies that sell PC hardware have available special adapters to run a 2.5" drive on a desktop system; should let you do what you need.
