What is a good souirce to learn about Solaris 9 from Sun Microsystems?

It's a distribution of UNIX, and Sun's own webiste is full of information.

If you'd like to actually use it or get a possible certification in it, check around your locality for IT instructional classes and look for anyone teaching Unix, specifically the Solaris distribution.

However, if you're just interested in learning Unix, you can download the original BSD compilation known as FreeBSD and run it under the same GNU liscense as Linux distributions-Solaris is propietary and quite expensive.
