Cable Management

:( I just looked inside the window of my new chieftec case and realized... Gese! I got a lot o cables. I've seen a lot of custom built PC's and I haven't seen many visible cables at all. I'm looking around at web sites and stuff but does anyone have their own way to manage their cables to make their PC look nice and clean?:(

Wire straps for Power supply cables, not in use and there are clips, almost like large plastic paper clips for ribbon cables.

I bought a roll of velcro ties for cable management. There are a number of other options as well. I got mine at CyberGuys. (http://www.cyberguys.com/templates/SearchProducts.asp?search=1ca&child=1ha25)

Can you also tuck some of the cables behind the mobo or behind some of the optical and HDD's?

You can tuck them just about anywhere you would like, but keep in mind that they are just a thin strip of metal inside and if you put too much strain on the cover and/or wire, you could end up with some of those mysterious problems that happen with bad cables. Also, there could be some risk of setting up an electrical field, but I am not so sure about that.
