Streaming with Linksys

I have a Linksys 2.4 Ghz, 802.11b Broadband Wireless Router, hooked into a cable modem. Everything works just fine except for the following:

When any of the computers on the network attempt to stream any audio or video, the stream is either terminated after a few minutes, or is constantly re-caching. Other times, it may work fine for hours. This problem happens with MusicMatch, MediaPlayer 9, and Real Player. If I disconnect the router, and hook the cable modem directly into my computer, it all works perfectly. Any ideas?

Try setting each machine up with its own IP and subnet mask and then use the ip address of the router as the default gateway. I assume your using DHCP.
