Any perfect vocal remover in the market?

Try this (http://www.thedirectxfiles.com/manufacturers/analogx_voc.htm) for starters. I think I've used this one before but it's not perfect and doesn't work on every song. You may also need to merge it into a existing audio/recording program. There are other plugins of simular nature such as VST plugins but alas they to need to merge into a program as well.

You can google search vocal removers but I've been down that road and yet to find a true stand alone program to do the job properly. Maybe things have changed in the past year.
