I have cable. Since my virus subscription is expiring, last night I upgraded to Norton AV 2003 (was using 2002). It also changed my Norton Internet Security to 2003, and now I am unable to access my ISP based email account unless I shut off the firewall. Have used Norton as my firewall for 2 years, across several accounts, never had this before. All else is OK. Can't figure out what I need to "enable" to access my ISP email account. Ideas?
