Don't BOOT

I switch on the machine and the SMPS fan is working properly.
The BEEP sound don't produce. The system don't BOOT. To check whether
the RAM is ready or not, i had removed the RAM from the slot. After that
i ON the machine. There is no sound in this time also. Please you may
Help me.

How will check the BIOS is working correctly or not.

Will you provide more information about your computer; motherboard, operating system, devices you have plugged in? Did you assemble your computer or purchase one already built?

Was it working properly before and suddenly it won't boot?
