I have 3 different printers in my home and i'd like to be able to move them around without having to deal with long USB cables. I don't have a lot of expierence in wireless networking and i'm not sure how to set this up. 2 of the printers are high quality photo printers and the graphics they print are generally big in size (I mean that by how many MB's). Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like what you want is a 'wireless print server'. Some wireless DSL/Cable routers also come with a print server port. I dont have a handy link for an example.

However I have heard/been told that print servers are not usually compatible with normal home printers only business/network printers.

EDIT----
found an australian link

Most home printers are not "complete" printers...all the translation of the file into something that is printable is carried out by software that runs in Windows. True network capable printers handle that task themselves. Kind of like winmodems....

It sounds like you have several computers around the house with printers attached. Normally all that is needed to share the printers is to network the computers, then each computer will be able to use any printer on the network.
