Racing Games

I have a relatively older system.

i played Need For Speed-IISE and it was impressing.
Then i played M25-Racer, and it was exciting to see that one can repair and sell his car. Besides, there were options to upgrade your car. There was police on the roads, which wasn't there in NFS-IISE.

Is there any other game with such flexibility plus the advantages of NFS ?
Remember i m using a Celeron-333 with 8MB AGP card.

Sports Car GT is a great racing game. It's rather old so there are lots of add-ons (race tracks, cars,etc) to it that have been made by the player community. Most realistic racing game I have played next to Grand prix Legends.


Speaking of which Grand Prix Legends is still the most realistic racing game I have ever played highly recommended. ( I'm a road/open wheel/rally racing fan so I don't play the "rounder, rounder" racing sims like Nascar *shudder*)

Both of these games will play on your system but they aren't "urban" racers.
