When I pull the plug of the computer out of the socket I always have to HDD detect after. After HDD Detect everything works fine. If I leave the powerplug in everything works great. I already changed the battery (didn't help...). Please help me.

Hi there,
Two suggestions: (1)either battery is weak or (2)check jumper settings on mobo.Look for jumper called JBAT1 and make sure that it is closed. Let me know how you get on. Good luck.

Why are you unplugging your cpu in the first place. Why dont you get a surge protector(if your doing this because of this). This is normal behavior, when you unplug your cpu from the socket, you will have to hdd detect every time, but some motherboards do a a better job of this and remember it.How old is your motherboard any way?
