First I would check ALL the connections.
And I do mean all. Power connections.
The main line from the power supply to the M/b especially.
Heck start at the wall outlet all the way to the switch on the case.

Sometimes my atx power supply does the same thing. I know this sounds dumb but turn the rear switch on the power supply if it has it and unplug the power cord from the back of the computer and plug it back in and it should reset the power supply. I don't know why it works but it does.

Thanks for your answer,
I check out my power connection in other computer as well and it works fine. I used the same powerbox for my computer but it doesn't work. All connections are properly connetected. Any other suggestions? I need some information how you connect Powerswich skinny cables to motherboard. I just want to make sure if they are conntected right or not.. If you have any like website for any photo showing that would help me a lot.

And yes, one more thing... I went to computer store today to buy a new pentium 4 motherboard and the guy said it doesn't include processor. !well, I am buying motherboard for the first time.. I know other basic things about computer but don't know if motherboard includes the processor or not... I would like to buy new motherboard that comes with around 1.5 GMHZ....here is the one I was looking for..
