I need help, urgent
I useed WINME, but then I installed XP, now, I change my mind that I wont use XP. How can I uninstall it now ?
I tried format my partition D in which XP is living but unexpectedly after formated, the D drive went away, I dont know where to find it now. However when I boott my computer, the options to choose which OS to be used are still on the screen, I dont know why, just think it should be gone after farmatted.
Could anyone here help me out with this problem, how can I get D drive back and erase those options ? I am really confused and worried.

Thx a ton in advance

Heres one way.
Download Ranish Partition Manager (http://www.ranish.com/part/) and extract the files to a floppy. Boot up with a Win98 boot floppy and then insert the Ranish disk and type part .
Then delete the partition on which XP is installed, and do a format on the empty space created.

Exit ranish back to a dos prompt and type fdisk /mbr
this should remove the XP bootloader options from the system.
