Windows server 2003 issue

Hello,
I am having an issue with windows server 2003, when i change the boot logo to anything else but the original using boot xp 2.25, the colors are all ****ed up and it still has the original progress bar. How do i fix this problem?

Sever 2003 isn't "just another" XP update, it is slightly different....so does that program to be compatible with Server?

I realize that W.S.2k3 is not an "xp update".... my question is... is there any utility that can help me make one for 2k3? ive tried res hacker and imported a bitmap... but when its loading the image aprearrs correct for second, then it the colors screw up and the 2k3 logo and prog. bar overlay themsleves on top of the bootscreen background.
