nforce2 ultra 400 and ATI video card

Just wondering, can a ATI radeon pro series graphic card be put on a nforce2 ultra 400 mainboard chipset? Will they conflict or have minor/significant "side effects"?

Or nvidia card should be bought to get the best out of the nforce2 chipset?

No conflicts, there are no advantages or disadvantages either way. In fact, my friend runs a nice rig like that. Asus A7N8X Deluxe with a Radeon 9700. He gets better frame rates than me! :D
