Which card is better for gaming? tks.

5900 Ultra is better, mostly because of pure clock speeds. However, the Radeon 9800 Pro performs better on a price/performance ratio, and the 256MB version uses faster DDRII RAM.

I guess it depends on how much money you have to spend.

Just looked at the recent Anandtech article on this subject. Apparently, NVidia has been neglecting their drivers!! :eek: The NVidia architectures have a lot going for them, but until the drivers are cleaned up, it looks like buying a Radeon 9800 derivative is the way to go right now.

Got my vote for the 9800 pro. Works like a charm.

Yup i think radeon might be gd value for money:)
But i think there is less drop in performance when high antialiasing and anistrophic filtering applied to the Fx compared to the Radeon
For me i would plan to buy Fx when their drivers r better or when the price is cheaper...:D
